As one of Portland’s original Pilates studios, established in 1998, we bring balance to the body by drawing on a rich mind-body heritage which includes the pioneering work of Joseph Pilates, Dr. Ida Rolf, Matthias Alexander, and others.
Our staff of movement professionals has received training and certification in the Pilates method, massage therapy, KMI Structural Integration, Alexander Technique, the Franklin Method, and other movement practices.
Together these disciplines provide increased core strength and flexibility along with re-education of the body’s musculature, fascia, and movement patterns; allowing your body to achieve its natural alignment and support.
